Buying a property is one of the single biggest financial commitments you will make. It is also often a deeply personal, emotional and stressful process. This is not something you do without careful thought and ensuring it is managed calmly and professionally will enable the best outcome.
Book a consultation now to start your search with us! You will have a personal property search agent who will deal with the process on your behalf from start to finish.
We can tailor our service around your requirements, but generally working with us will look like this:
| 1. Consultation | An initial conversation where we can ascertain if we are the right agent for you and your search, this can be done in person (always preferred) but also on the phone or by video call. |
| 2. Deeper Understanding | If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange a more in depth meeting where we build a real understanding of your aims and objectives. We will discuss your personal preferences, the must haves and the “nice to haves”. We will also answer any questions you have on the current market in the area you are looking to buy in. |
| 3. Leave it to us | We will do our thorough research on the areas you are considering, speaking with all of our contacts in those areas and finding every single property on the market, coming to market or even off-market but with an opportunity to purchase. |
| 4. Viewing and Analysis | We will view the appropriate properties, provide detailed summaries and analysis from our findings and present you with the best options or “a short list” and recommend at this point, we arrange to view the properties together. |
| 5. Securing the property | Demand often outstrips supply for quality properties in the best areas so this is where we really can add value. By acting quickly, viewing as soon as possible we put you in the best position to negotiate. We will negotiate on your behalf, achieving the best possible price and terms for our clients. |
| 6. The legal bit | Property conveyancing is rarely simple. Even the most prepared Vendors may not have foreseen everything that can arise during this process. We are excellent transaction managers and will use our experience to keep the process moving, find solutions should any issues arise and helping to enable all parties to move forward as quickly as possible. We have a panel of recommended solicitors, surveyors and contractors on hand. |
| 7. Settling in | Once you receive the keys for your new home, we don’t then leave you high and dry, we are on hand to help with removals, home improvements, major works and local area research so you quickly feel at home. |
