Akers Property Consultancy Ltd is committed to safeguarding all client funds entrusted to us.
Client money is held separately from the company’s own operating funds in a designated client account. We maintain strict accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure that all client money is accurately recorded, protected and accounted for at all times.
Where we collect rent, maintenance funds or other monies on behalf of landlords and tenants, these funds are handled in accordance with the requirements of our Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme and all applicable legislation.
